Annette Perry, Director of Change Arc, partners organisations internationally to manage strategic change and build the capability of people.  Initially, she gained this experience during fifteen years as a senior HR professional in financial services.  She partnered executives to deliver business strategy through people and led strategic HR projects to create a 1500-employee operation in India and launch a UK health insurance business.

An independent consultant for more than twelve years, she has worked with clients to create and deliver business change, build leadership effectiveness and develop successful business partnering approaches for corporate services.  She has also supported Board-level decision making through organisational effectiveness reviews and facilitated development programmes that equipped people with the skills and confidence to deliver change.   Annette coaches at executive level and has experience across many sectors including IT, financial services, property, higher education and not-for-profit.

Annette combines a deep understanding of how people respond to change with a practical and goal-oriented approach.  Her consultancy and facilitation style combines professionalism and credibility with warmth and humour.

She works with highly experienced associates to bring specific additional skills and knowledge to clients based on their needs.
